Beta Alanine-SR is required for the body to make carnosine, which is responsible for buffering the hydrogen ions created during energy production in the muscles.* Carnosine helps maintain normal acidity levels in the muscles, because acidity is a major contributor to muscle fatigue. Suggested Use:
